We also offer additives that can decrease bloating, abdominal discomfort and improve nausea. Our infusions can help with a variety of ailments such as hangovers, menstrual cramps, and migraines. They also boost metabolism and increase energy which can be crucial for runners and athletes. Our IV Hydration Therapy delivers powerful vitamins and nutrients directly into your bloodstream which allows your body to utilize them quickly and abundantly in order to take your health to the next level.

How is IV therapy different from drinking water, eating healthy, or taking oral medications?

IV therapy helps hydrate, replenish, and restore your body to optimal levels quickly and efficiently. You can customize your drip with the guidance of a medical professional to deliver the nutrients your body and mind will benefit from the most. Receiving these essential vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, and medications intravenously ensures rapid absorption and maximum benefit.

Are there any side effects or risks to the infusion?

Some people may experience a cool sensation in the arm or a mineral taste in the mouth. If a medication is added to your infusion, there is a potential for allergic or adverse reaction to that medication, which is true for all medications. For any venous access the most common risks are for local irritation and/or discomfort where the IV is started and mild bruising. There is a small risk for infection, phlebitis (irritation of the vein), and rarely venous thrombosis (blood clot). Your allergy and health history will be reviewed by a medical provider prior to your appointment to determine if you are a candidate for an infusion.

What’s in the infusion?

Our infusions use sterile water as a base with added sodium, which is typically called saline. The Recharge Hydration infusion is a saline base with added electrolytes which is also called Lactated Ringers. The Recovery Hydration Infusion is a saline base with added electrolytes and vitamins. After selecting your base infusion, you can then select from various added medications for pain, nausea, allergies, fatigue, sleep, immunity, metabolism, etc.

What can I expect at my appointment?

If you are a new client, you’ll complete a simple waiver and health history. Your health history will be reviewed by a medical provider prior to your appointment to determine if you are a good candidate for an infusion. If you are unable to fill out the documents before your appointment, no worries! You can fill them out in our office prior to your infusion. Depending on your personal goals and your individual wellness journey, our expert clinicians will help you choose the therapy that best suits your individual needs. Your IV infusion will take approximately 1 hour to infuse, during which time you’ll be relaxing in our comfortable Hydration Lounge. We can provide a low stimulation, relaxing experience or you can bring your laptop and get some work done while you hydrate!
